Information on the rates

Free access to:

• Heated outdoor pool with a large lawn and pool service
• Private tennis court
• Paraglide landing field
• Great park with playground
• Private parking in the shadow
• Welcome Aperitif
• Children's playroom with table tennis and table football
• Daily morning post with informative tips for your holiday
• If you arrive by train we will pick you up on the train station (train station Meran 9 km)

Bed and Breakfast:
In case of booking of bed and breakfast € 10,00 per day and person will be deducted from half board price.

Single use supplement:
The single surcharge is € 7,00 per day.

Extra person in room:
Each additional person in the room gets 10% discount on the daily price.
In the apartments, when booking with meal, the same discount will be applied.

Kids reduction with overnight stay in parents room:

• up to 2.9 years free of charge
• From 3 to 9.9 years 50%
• From 10 to 15, 9 years 30%
• From 16 to 17.9 years 10%

In the apartments when booking with meal the same kids reduction will be applied.

Surcharge for short stays:
For stays less than 4 days a surcharge of € 3,00 per person and day has to be paid.

Final cleaning in apartments:
For reservations with meal daily cleaning of the apartment is included.
Those guests who book either dinner or breakfast, we calculate for the final cleaning fee € 20,00.

Additional persons in apartments when booking self catering:
For each additional adult without meal, a supplement of € 15,00 has to be paid, for each child without meal € 10,00.
Payment methods:
We accept cash (preferred), Visa and Master Card for the final payment.
Dogs only on request:
For your dog will be charged € 7,00 per night with no food. Please bring dog basket or ceiling. No access to the dining rooms. Please register your dog with booking. Any damage will be made on departure charge.

Cancellation policy:
For travel cancellation:

• More than 3 months before travel
  • No cancellation fees
• from 3 months prior to departure
  • we charge the room for 3 days
• from 28 days prior to departure
  • we charge 70 % of booking value

For travel interruption:

We charge the unused days of the reserved arrangement including catering fee.
